Felix Allsopp

Platform & Programmes
Manager, EASST Academy

Felix is a project coordinator for EASST, where he has been involved in the delivery of multiple road safety e-learning projects. He is now the operating manager of EASST Academy, where he brings this experience to ensure the growth and sustainability of the platform. Felix's aim is to make EASST Academy a hub of international road safety knowledge.


Dmitry Sambuk

Co-founder, EASST Academy

Dmitry is a co-founder of EASST Academy. Dmitry is an independent consultant advising on road safety and mobility for EASST and the IRU (International Road Transport Union). Dmitry worked with EASST as a full-time member of the management team for 12 years. In this time he played a leading role in the organisation’s strategic growth and partnerships with major international donors and institutions, including EBRD, UN Road Safety Fund, FIA Foundation, FIA and IRF. Dmitry holds an MBA from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School, City, University of London, and BA and MA degrees in International Relations from St. Petersburg State University.


Emma MacLennan

Co-founder, EASST Academy

Emma is a co-founder of EASST Academy and President of EASST. Emma is the founder of EASST and served as Director General for 17 years until March 2026. She continues as President of EASST, lending her experience and expertise to selected strategic projects including as Deputy Head of the Eastern Partnership Road Safety Observatory. Emma has made a wide contribution to the road safety and transport sector. She is a founder member of FIRE AID, served as President of Make Roads Safe Hellas, and as member of the Global Fleet Champions Standards Committee. She has also served for many years as Alumni Organiser of Delft Road Safety Courses, supporting knowledge-sharing and capacity building across the field.
